How to Book

Your First Class

Before you arrive at our studio we want to give you a heads-up about a few things.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to class. We will walk you through how our program works and get you checked into class. We don’t want you to feel rushed in any way.

The trainer will explain the exercises. If you have an injury please notify the trainer. They can modify the workout to fit your needs. Don’t be nervous! You’re in charge.

Hydration is key! Bring water with you. We have a water station to refill your bottle as needed. You may also want to bring a sweat towel with you.
